You should improve your digital strategy to include social media, of which WhatsApp business is one. Besides Facebook, X formerly Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, WhatsApp business is equally valuable and needs your attention now.

It is now possible to have links on your website that directly take your clients to the business catalog on WhatsApp business. Such a powerful tool also allows you to post status updates about anything happening at your organization.

You can post a new product or service or existing products or services. You can start your day by posting beautiful images about your business and what you offer. Keeps your customers and potential clients engaged or looking forward to your subsequent status updates.

You don’t know when your status update will catch the eye of one of the CEOs who has been looking for the service you’ve just posted. I once won a contract just because the CEO of one of the pharmaceutical companies had seen a status update about our training in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
